"CREAS" GRUNDTVIG WORKSHOP
Creating sound in new media

Target Group: people interested in deepening their understanding of thematics, such as sound's creation and reworking, people interested in the creative processes, students of electronic music and new technologies applied to artistic production.

Main activities/ Programs of the Workshop:
Lectures delivered by sector experts on creative issues such as production and use of sound in new media. Programs include hands-on experiences and the enjoyment of several examples. Technical and productive workshop session will deal with useful tools for sound production and diffusion. A particular focus will be given to the compositional work of Denis Smalley.

Expected outputs (especially in terms of the learning outcomes for the participants):
At the end of the workshop, we expect learners to acquire an increasing awareness on relation between sound and imagine, develop a greater creative sensibility, know functions and potentiality of sound for new media and learn intellectual and practical tools for managing these disciplines.

Tempo Reale offers the opportunity to 5 Italian citizens to partecipate to CREAS workshop conceived just for foreigners. The selections of the candidates will follow the previous fullfillment of the application form to download from our website which underline the condition required for the partecipation. Italian partecipants is asked the paymant of an  admission fee of € 300,00 or €200,00 for students of an Italian Conservatory of Music.
